Section 15-6 - Insurance and Fidelity Bond Protection

All insurance (burglary, robbery, etc.), and fidelity bond policies now held by cash depositories, except fire insurance policies which are specifically exempted from the provisions of this rule and regulation, together with all additions to or renewals of same, shall be filed with the examining department of the state board of bank control, and the chief bank examiner is authorized and directed to execute and issue to each cash depository proper receipts therefor.
