State-chartered savings and loan associations are authorized to invest in consumer loans, commercial paper and corporate debt securities under the same terms and conditions permitted federally chartered savings and loan associations by Sections 545.7-10 and Regulation 545.9-4 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board Regulation 545 adopted November 10, 1980, effective November 17, 1980.
