State-chartered savings and loan associations are authorized to offer negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts under the same terms and conditions as permitted federally chartered savings and loan associations by Sections 526.1 and 563.1 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board Regulation Regulation 526 adopted by the Board on September 30, 1980, effective December 30, 1980 and Regulation 563 adopted by the Board on October 23, 1980, effective December 31, 1980.
