State-chartered savings and loan associations are authorized to make renegotiable rate mortgages under the same terms and conditions as permitted federally chartered savings and loan associations by Section 545.6-4a of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board Regulation Regulation 545, as amended by the Federal Home Loan Bank Board on September 30, 1980, effective October 8, 1980.
