State-Chartered savings and loan associations are authorized to make variable rate mortgages under the same terms and conditions as permitted federally chartered savings and loan associations by Section 545.6-2 of the Home Loan Bank Board Regulation Regulation 545, adopted by the Board in December, 1978, effective July 1, 1979.
