services
(8) Family planning
services
(9) Hospital

(10) Laboratory and x-ray

health clinic services

facility services
(14) Physician

(15) Podiatry
services
(16) Prescribed
drugs
(17) Psychiatric facility

B. Deleted.
C. Individuals eligible for home and community based services are entitled to receive the following:
(1) All services listed under categorically
eligible.
(2) Community long term
care home and community based services.
