The Board shall charge the following fees:

A. New License:

1. Broker-in-Charge/Property Manager-in-Charge (biennial

2. Broker/Property Manager (biennial)

3. Salesperson (Provisional), (annual)

4. Credit report for applicant by reciprocity

5. Salesperson applicant from non-reciprocity states

B. Renewal:

1. Broker-in-Charge/Property Manager-in-Charge (biennial)

2. Broker/Inactive Broker/Property Manager/Inactive Property Manager (biennial)

3. Salesperson/Inactive Salesperson (biennial)

4. The late renewal fee is $25 per month, beginning July 1st December 31st. After December 31st, the licensee must re
