Specifications. The Commission shall utilize, to the extent practicable, standards and specifications approved by the Department of Administration, the U. S. Government, or industry and professional associations, for supplies, services, and construction, with a view to maximizing, to the extent practicable, competition in the fulfillment of the Commission's requirements.
