R802.6 Bearing. The ends of each rafter or ceiling joist shall have not less than one and one half inches (1 1/2") (38 mm) of bearing on wood or metal and not less than three inches (3") (76 mm) on masonry or concrete.
R802.11.1.3 Delete and
substitute the following:
R802.11.1.3 Rafters:
Rafters shall have ties at the wall plate and ridge bearing points in accordance with Appendix AA
R807.1 Add the words "or closet" after the word "hallway" on line 3 paragraph 2.
