A. The panel shall grant to the consumer the relief specified in R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-5.2-3 and any other relief available under applicable warranties of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act, 88 Stat. 2183 (1975), 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq. as in effect on October 1, 1982, and any other applicable state or federal statute.
B. The panel shall dismiss the dispute if it finds, after considering all of the evidence presented, that the consumer is not entitled to relief hereunder.
