A. No dealer shall require the purchaser of a vehicle to submit a dispute arising from the transaction between the purchaser and dealer to any forum that does not acknowledge that it is a court or administrative agency for purposes of the Civil Service Relief Act, 50 U.S.C §§ 3901- 4043. Any violation of this provision will be deemed an unfair and deceptive trade practice.

B. It shall be considered and unfair and deceptive trade practice for any dealer to mislead or attempt to mislead a purchaser regarding his or rights under this section.

C. A purchaser may only waive the protections under this section if the waiver is made in writing and after the dispute for which the waiver is sought has arisen. No pre-dispute waivers are permitted.
