A. This Regulation shall apply to:
1. The qualifications of
agents who sell modified guaranteed annuity contracts in this state;
2. The qualification of insurers who issue
such contracts;
3. The required
contract form and provisions for issue of such coverage in this state;
and
4. The manner in which separate
account assets, supporting such issued contracts, are to be maintained and
reported.
