Section 230-RICR-20-05-2.9 - Notice of Financial Responsibility

Every notice of cancellation or non-renewal sent to the insured shall include a statement that financial security is required to be maintained continuously throughout the registration period and that failure to maintain financial security shall subject the violator to a mandatory suspension of license and registration. The statement of financial security shall be in a type face not smaller then 12 point pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-47-4(c).
