A. All decisions rendered by the Presiding Officer at the conclusion of a hearing shall be in writing and shall comply with the requirements of the APA. If the Director has chosen to appoint someone else as a Presiding Officer, the decision of the Presiding Officer shall be reviewed by the Director who shall enter an order adopting, modifying or rejecting the decision of the Presiding Officer. The decision and order shall be delivered to all Parties with a notice indicating the right to take an appeal of the decision and order to the Superior Court pursuant to the APA.
