A. Entities licensed under this Part must comply with the following federal statutes:
1. The Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco
Control Act (U.S. Pub. Laws 111-31); and
2. U.S. Pub. Laws 114-116 (Child Nicotine
Prevention Act of 2015).
