A. Medicaid MCO have the opportunity to contact EOHHS, a DHS office, the automated enrollment mailbox utilized by the health plans, or the automated eligibility verification system as necessary and appropriate to verify eligibility and plan enrollment if a Medicaid member requires immediate services.
