(a) The following seed standards apply to flatpea:

| Pure seed | 99% |
| Total other crop seed incl. other varieties | .20% (max.) |
| Total weed seeds | .20% (max.) |
| Germination | 35% (min.) |
| Total germination and hard seed | 70% (min.) |
(b) Seed may contain a maximum of nine restricted noxious weed seeds per pound.
(c) Percentages of total germination and hard seeds shall be noted separately.
