Section 461a.25 - Disputes

(a) If a dispute arises with a patron, the slot machine licensee shall attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute can not be resolved, the slot machine licensee shall notify the casino compliance representatives at the licensed facility who will attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved, the casino compliance representative will provide the patron with a Board Patron Dispute/Complaint Form and Instructions for Submitting a Patron Dispute/Complaint and assist the patron in completing the Board Patron Dispute/Complaint Form.

(b) When a patron files a complaint, BIE will conduct an investigation of the complaint.
