Section 165.177 - Refusal, suspension, or revocation of license with prior hearing

(a) Upon receipt of a complaint filed under § 165.173 (relating to complaints), or upon any other information the Commission may deem sufficient, an order of notice of a hearing for any possible violations of the provisions of this part or of the Act may be scheduled regarding any licensee.
(b) In the case where a hearing is to be scheduled under any section of this subchapter, such order of notice of hearing shall be served upon the parties at least ten days in advance of the date of the hearing unless the Commission for cause stated shall specify a lesser period, or the respondents shall agree to a lesser period, or another section of this subchapter shall explicitly provide for a hearing upon shorter notice.
