(a) Beltzville Lake-Beltzville State Park.
(1) The operation of boats powered by
internal combustion motors is permitted. The speed of boats is limited to 45
mph.
(2) Boats are limited to slow,
no wake speed at Pine Run, Wild Creek and Pohopoco Creek Bays.
(3) Waterskiing and other boat-towed
watersports are prohibited except between sunrise and sunset in the designated
ski zone. Boats in this zoned area shall operate in a counter-clockwise
direction. Boats not engaged in waterskiing and other boat-towed watersports
shall remain outside the ski zone area while waterskiing and other boat-towed
watersports are in progress. A boat may not tow more than one boat-towed device
on weekends and holidays from the Saturday preceding Memorial Day through Labor
Day.
(4) It is unlawful to operate
boats equipped with inboard engines with over-the-transom or straight stack
type exhausts.
(5) Kiteskiing and
parasailing are prohibited at all times.
(b) Francis E. Walter Dam. The use of motors in excess of 10 horsepower is prohibited.
