RESPITE CARE
Section 6500.202 - Exceptions for emergency respite care

(a) Emergency respite care is respite care placement prior to which 2 weeks or less notice is given to the home and agency.
(b) The following sections do not apply for individuals receiving emergency respite care:
(1) Sections
6500.45 and
6500.46 (relating to training; and
annual training).
(2) Section
6500.79 (relating to individual
bedrooms).
(3) Section 6500.109
(relating to fire drills).
(4)
Sections 6500.111-6500.117.
(5)
Sections 6500.121 and
6500.122 (relating to individual
physical examination; and dental care).
(6) Section 6500.182(c)(3)-(6) (relating to
individual records).
