Section 3290.32 - Suitability of persons in the facility

(a) The operator shall comply with the CPSL and Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services).

(b) Questions relating to the requirements of the CPSL shall be directed to the appropriate regional child care office.

(c) The operator may not allow an individual to enter the facility if the operator knows that the individual has been convicted or is awaiting trial on charges involving a crime of child abuse, child neglect, physical violence or moral corruptness.

(d) One or more facility persons competent in pediatric first-aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques shall be at the facility when one or more children are in care.
