Section 2390.34 - Production manager

(a) A facility shall have a minimum of one production manager available when clients are present at the facility.
(b) A production manager shall be responsible for job flow, job scheduling and provision of sufficient amount of work within the facility.
(c) A production manager shall meet one of the following groups of qualifications:
(1)
Possess a bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university
in Business or Engineering.
(2)
Possess an associate's degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or
university in Business or Engineering; and 2 years work experience in
industrial work.
(3) Possess a high
school diploma or a general education development certificate; and 4 years work
experience in industrial work, which includes at least 2 years supervisory
experience.
