Section 1151.23 - Scope of benefits for State Blind Pension recipients

State Blind Pension recipients are not eligible for inpatient psychiatric services unless the recipient is also either categorically needy or medically needy.
The provisions of this § 1151.23 amended under sections 201 and 443.1(1) of the Public Welfare Code (62 P. S. §§ 201 and 443.1(1)).
