Unless otherwise directed by the Executive Director of
the Authority, the Authority offices will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30
p.m. on business days except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. The
Authority may be open on Saturdays by appointment. The appropriate address for
service of any Authority employee or officer may be obtained on the Authority's
web site at
