Section 69.3552 - Electric vehicle charging rate tariffs

The Commission encourages electric distribution companies to develop tariffs with distribution and default service generation rates for the purpose of implementing rates specifically for electric-vehicle charging customers. These distribution and default service generation electric-vehicle charging tariffed rates should reflect the actual costs of providing charging infrastructure and services, including the cost of electricity, maintenance and administrative expenses, in a manner that avoids unreasonable cross-subsidization between customers.
