Section 33.13 - Telephone reports

A carrier shall immediately report by telephone to the
Bureau an accident or incident which requires the carrier to telephonically
notify the Federal Railroad Administration under 49 CFR Part 225 (relating to
railroad accidents/incidents: reports classification, and investigations). The
