The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Commission-The Historical and Museum Commission.
Property-A property, area, site, building, museum or facility under the jurisdiction of the Commission.
Property head-The person designated by the Commission to have local administrative responsibility.
