S. § § 3943.1-3944.5); and Reorganization Plan No. 7, effective July 1, 1981; references to Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency replaced with references to the Office of the Stare Fire Commissioner under section 6 of the act of December 23, 2013 ( P. L. 1256, No. 129), unless otherwise noted.
