Section 501.2 - Fees

The Office will charge the following nonrefundable fees:
| (1) Registration | $100. | |
| (2) Biennial renewal of existing registration | $100. | |
| (3) Surcharge for late renewal of biennial registration. | $50. | |
| (4) Reactivation following suspension. | $100. | |
| (5) Registration identification card replacement. | $10. | |
