Section 231.33 - Students

(a) For each individual for whom student status is claimed the records of an employer shall contain a statement from the school which the student attends indicating one of the following:
(1) The student is a full-time
day student and the course of instruction is one leading to a degree, diploma
or certificate.
(2) The student is
completing residence requirements for a degree.
