S. §§ 66, 186, 411 and 412); the act of June 5, 1968 (P. L. 140, No. 78) (40 P. S. §§ 1008.1-1008.11); and section 5 of the Unfair Insurance Practices Act (40 P. S. § 1171.5), unless otherwise noted.
