Section 293.107 - Nuisance control plan

The application shall contain a plan under § 293.219 (relating to nuisance control) to prevent and control hazards or nuisances from vectors, odors, noise, dust and other nuisances not otherwise provided for in the permit application. The plan shall provide for the routineassessment of vector infestation and shall also provide for countermeasures. The plan may include a control program involving a contractual arrangement for services with an exterminator.
