Section 288.421 - Basic limitations

In addition to the operating requirements in Subchapter C (relating to operating requirements), a person or municipality that operates a Class I residual waste landfill shall comply with §§ 288.422, 288.423, 288.431-288.440 and 288.451-288.457.
