In addition to the application requirements in Subchapter B (relating to application requirements), an application for a permit to operate a Class I residual waste landfill shall comply with §§ 288.412-288.414 (relating to liner system and leachate control plan; leachate treatment plan; and modification of leachate treatment plan). These requirements shall be part of the Phase II permit application.
