Rule 210 - Practices Prohibited

The following practices are specifically prohibited:

(1) The use of depositions or interrogatories for discovery or use at a hearing.

(2) Adding parties after the complaint is filed.

(3) Attachment proceedings previous to judgment.

(4) Entry of a judgment by warrant of attorney or by confession of judgment.
