Rule 363 - Service of Summons and Notice

A. Method of Service. The summons or notice shall be served:
1) in-person; or
2) by first-class mail.
B. Time of Service.
1)
Juvenile detained. If the
juvenile is detained, the summons or notice shall be served no less than seven
days prior to the adjudicatory hearing.
2)
Juvenile not detained. If
the juvenile is not detained, the summons or notice shall be served no less
than fourteen days prior to the adjudicatory hearing.
