Section 61.13 - Space/restrooms

(a) Indoor space.
(1) Thirty-six square feet of
floor space per student in rooms with a minimum height of 8-foot ceilings is
required for individualized tutoring.
(2) Twenty-five square feet of floor space
per student in rooms with a minimum height of 8-foot ceilings is required for
tutoring small groups of elementary age students.
(3) Fifteen square feet of floor space per
student in rooms with a minimum height of 8-foot ceilings is required for
tutoring small groups of secondary age students.
(b) Restrooms.
(1) There shall be separate restroom
facilities for boys and girls.
(2)
There shall be a minimum of one flush toilet and one washbowl for every 20
female students.
(3) There shall be
a minimum of one flush toilet and one washbowl for every 20 male
students.
