When the opinion of the Court and any accompanying concurring opinions or dissenting opinions are ready to be filed, the opinion-writing Judge shall transmit to the Prothonotary the original opinions and such number of copies as the Prothonotary shall from time to time specify, with each opinion of the Court bearing notations as to any Judges who dissent without opinion, who concur in the result only, and who are recused. The Prothonotary shall file, docket, and distribute the opinions.
