When drafting a statute which requires reference to the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government at the Statewide level, the term "Commonwealth government" may be used:

Commonwealth government

Unified judicial system

General Assembly

Commonwealth agency

Executive agency

Independent agency

Independent establishment

Independent department

Department of the Auditor General

Treasury Department

Office of Attorney General
