AN ACT
Reestablishing the State Real Estate Commission which is scheduled for termination under the Sunset Act.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Reestablishment of State Real Estate Commission.
(a) General rule.-The State Real Estate
Commission, scheduled for termination under section 6 of the act of December
22, 1981 (P. L. 508, No. 142), known as the Sunset Act, is
reestablished.
(b) Future
evaluation, review and termination.-The State Real Estate Commission is subject
to evaluation, review and termination within the time and in the manner
provided in the Sunset Act.
(c)
Compliance with requirements to reestablish agency. This act, with respect to
the State Real Estate Commission, constitutes the legislation required to
reestablish an agency under the Sunset Act.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act shall take effect immediately.
