BY VIRTUE of the authority conferred upon me by 905 (relating to section headings), I hereby promulgate headings for the following sections of the respective articles of the Constitution of Pennsylvania which were approved by the electors at the general election held November 8, 1984:

ARTICLE V
§ 17. Prohibited activities.
