A SUPPLEMENT

To the act of June 3, 1984 (P. L. 304, No. 8A), entitled "An act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for the fiscal year July 1, 1984, to June 30, 1985, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1984; and to appropriate the Federal Augmentation to the Executive and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth; establishing restricted receipts accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1984, to June 30, 1985, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1984," providing a supplemental appropriation to the Executive Offices for the Governor's Action Center.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The sum of $30,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Executive Offices for the fiscal year July 1, 1984, to June 30, 1985, for the Governor's Action Center.

Section 2. The appropriation in section 1 is in addition to the appropriation in the General Appropriation Act of 1984.

Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
