Section 918-030-0150 - New Licensee Continuing Education Requirements

(1) New licensees must complete the following continuing education requirements prior to renewal:
(a) No continuing education is required if
license is obtained within 6 months of license expiration date; or
(b) The lesser of 8 hours of continuing
education or the minimum requirement for the license is required if the license
is obtained within 12 months of the license expiration date; or
(c) The lesser of 16 hours of continuing
education or the minimum requirement for the license is required if the license
is obtained within 24 months of the license expiration date.
(2) New licensees are not required to complete a code-change course.
