Section 877-015-0155 - Return to Active Status

(1) The holder of an inactive certificate or license must submit a written request to the board to return to active status.

(2) As a condition of approving the request, the board will require the holder to complete continuing education in specified topics if the period of inactive status is more than two years.

(3) The holder must pass the examination on Oregon statutes and rules described in OAR 877-015-0108 if the request to return to active status is received by the board more than two years after the board notified the holder that the certificate or license was inactive.
