An escrow agent must notify the Real Estate Commissioner of any relocation of the records at least 15 days before the relocation. The notice must include the street address of the new location of the agent's required records. If the new location is not the licensed main office or a licensed branch office of the escrow agent, the escrow agent must provide the Commissioner, in writing, with the information and contact persons necessary to have access to the records during regular business hours.
