Chapter 863 - REAL ESTATE AGENCY
Division 3 - EMPLOYEE CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK AND FITNESS DETERMINATION
Section 863-003-0000 - Purpose

These rules control the Real Estate Agency's acquisition of information about a subject individual's criminal history through criminal records checks or other means and the use of that information to determine whether the subject individual is fit to provide services to the Agency as an employee, volunteer, contractor, or vendor. The fact that the Agency determines that a subject individual is fit does not guarantee the individual a position as an Agency employee, volunteer, contractor, or vendor or that the individual will be hired by the Agency.
