Section 863-010-0620 - Term of License

(1) A new real estate marketing organization license shall be for a period of not more than 13 months and a renewal of such license shall be for a period of not more than 12 months from the expiration of the prior license.

(2) A real estate marketing organization's license expires on June 30 each year. A licensee may not engage in real estate marketing activity after a license expires.

(3) The Agency may renew a real estate marketing organization's license when the Agency has received the following:

(a) The renewal fee authorized by OAR 863-010-0640.

(b) An online renewal.

(4) If the licensee fails to renew a license by the end of the renewal period but wishes to engage in real estate marketing activity, the licensee must submit a new initial license application pursuant to OAR 863-010-0610 and pay all required fees.
