(1) "Major Curriculum Change" means a change that results in a refocus of purpose and objectives, a substantive change in program structure or method of instructional delivery, or a change that modifies 10% or more of the credit hours in the curriculum.

(2) "Monitored Practice" means practice under the direct supervision of a worksite monitor by agreement or Board order. To perform the role of a worksite monitor requires specific Board approved education and placement on the approved worksite monitoring list maintained by Board compliance staff.

(3) "Monitored Supervision" means that a registered nurse assesses and plans for care of the client, assigns or delegates duties to the nursing assistant according to the nursing care plan, and evaluates client outcomes as an indicator of certified nursing assistant or certified medication aide competency.
