(1) Each covered employer must display the Bureau of Labor and Industries Family Leave Act notice. The notice must be displayed in each building or worksite in an area that is accessible to and regularly frequented by employees. Failure to post the Family Leave Act notice is an unlawful practice as provided in ORS 659A.001.
(2) Electronic posting of the Family Leave Act notice is not sufficient to satisfy posting requirements, but may supplement worksite posting.
